I highly recommend Dan to all of you involved with the selling and (or) buying Real estate in the Connecticut area. He is Knowledgeable, trustworthy, very helpful, And ALWAYS there for you when you call. I look at him like he is family. I have know Dan for about ten years. I Had A real Estate problem, trying to sell a home That was in a Trust and getting a seller to stick with me and make it possible for me to buy. Dan was there, start to finish to get the sale and move done, he was just great! Give him a call, I, sure you will be happy. This recommendation is not coated with sugar, I really feel this way about him, this is about the sixth time I have bought and sold in the last sixty years,, In that Time I certainly met many of the other type of sales people who are now in another line of work. Dan is very knowledgeable and experienced. He was attentive to our needs and prompt to answer questions. Dan quickly got us into houses and because of his knowledge was able to point out things that we may not perhaps have been looking for. He pointed us in the right direction from the bidding processes, to home inspection and even has contacts for various contracting needs. I would highly recommend Dan to family and friends and anyone else in need of an experienced, knowledgeable, personable, well connected real estate agent. If I have the need the future, I most certainly will contact Dan.

Dan truly goes above and beyond. From the initial introduction to the day of closing he kept in touch with us every step of the way. Emails, texts and calls. Whichever we were comfortable with. Dan gets it. Its a big step to sell or buy your next home. He comes in and LISTENS to you ! finds out what you need from him, asks questions you might not even have thought of. Honestly wish I could give more stars. Dan was recommended to us through a family member and we see why. He was super easy going and knowledgeable in everything real estate. I highly recommend Dan for all of your real estate needs. I was lucky enough to have a referral to Dan when deciding to purchase a home and his patience, knowledge and integrity are unmatched. He was endlessly patient with my questions and concerns, he was available to me whenever needed and there is no doubt that his connections in the industry helped with a speedy and painless home buying process at a time when purchasing a home was very difficult. We had the opportunity to work with Dan purchasing our Condo in 2018. As new home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process and concerned on finding the correct home. However, Dan was very helpful, assisting us with this experience. We never felt pressured and we ended up finding our little place. We are definitely using his services in the future.

Dan is extremely patient. He spent just about every Saturday for months helping us find our home. Why Saturday? Because that is what worked for us. And he drove at least an hour each way to help us. He also sold the house we were selling in about 4 days. Trust me when I say Open Houses work!

I can't begin to say what a pleasure it was working with Dan! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home. Dan was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had, was always available to look at houses (we came from out of state) and just made the whole buying experience a pleasure!
