Dan’s lineage is of hard working farmers and ranchers from Oklahoma, his parents moved to Wichita when he was young, but spent summer breaks going back and working on the family’s farm. It was long hours, hot days, and very hard work, with no expectations. What he found gratifying was doing the work for the better of others. His passion to serve didn’t stop there; he went on to serve in the Marine Corps after high school. A friend once asked why the Marines? That’s easy, “I love my country and community, and I want to be the best I can be.”
Dan’s college education is in Business Communications, and a minor in Global Marketing. Dan is also a founder of Christian Business League of Kansas; they are a group of Christian business owners who meet once a month and share how their successes are proof of their commitment to serving God and the community.
For the past 20 years, Dan has been a Finance Manager, mostly as a Mortgage Loan Originator, bringing a wealth of home lending knowledge to home buyers. Specialty loan programs such as Renovations, Jumbo, Rural Development, Veterans, and First Time Buyers, just to name a few. If there is a way to get a buyer in the perfect home that suits his/her wants and needs, Dan definitely knows the best lending program to make it work!
When he can, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, hunting, and playing with his grandkids.
