As an IT professional, I helped my clients determine their business objectives, negotiate vender contracts, and developed a plan of action that would guarantee the highest success rate in achieving their goals. These skills are the keys to successful Real Estates deals and I continue to use them today whether I'm working with a first-time homebuyer, negotiating a short sale, or helping a seller receive top dollar for their property.
