Dan Childs

Dan is a lifelong New Hampshire native. He was born and raised in the greater Manchester area, attended Bishop Brady High School, and graduated from Saint Anselm College. Dan has a deep love of people - his personal mission is to help others find happiness and meet their goals. Prior to working in real estate, Dan built a strong foundation of technical expertise, problem solving, and people skills from a 10 year career in ‘fintech’ at a top financial services firm where he was most recently an executive coach. His love of real estate began when he bought and renovated his first home. Having now gone through that process multiple times, he wants to help his clients achieve that same great feeling of finding their own perfect place to call home. Dan is relentlessly authentic, has incredible attention to detail, and prides himself on always being there for his clients. He has a unique ability to build trust in all his relationships by putting others first and meeting them where they are in their journey. Dan lives in the North End of Manchester with his family.
