About Dan
Having completed his BBA in Management with an international focus, he went on to achieve his MBA with focus on MIS, Finance and Services Marketing in 1994.
Having facilitated his first real estate closing in 1999, he has sourced, analyzed, purchased, sold, managed, budgeted and shown significant profit on multiple properties for the past 20 years.
He received numerous promotions with his first IT company where, as Product Manager, he grew revenue from $250k to $2.2m through team growth, training, marketing and client support services.
He was recruited by a Fortune 500 corporation in Atlanta, Georgia where he spent the next 3 years. He applied his IT skills and business acumen as Process Manager of their Dealer Management System (DMS) and trained 550+ employees which resulted in savings of in excess of $1m.
He then spent 5 years in his position as Director of Client Services where he led 110 agents in providing support for 400,000 requests per year and managed, optimized and tightly controlled a $5.8m budget.
