**Update 2022** I have subsequently bought a couple of new houses, using Dan and his fantastic Eastside team. I still can’t possibly recommend them enough, even after all this time! Professional, timely, always available to answer calls and texts at any point in the process. I worked with one of Dan’s agents, Sidney, this time around and still the flawless experience carried over. 10/10 and keep up the very good work!

I have worked with Dan & team for a couple of years now. Super professional, exceptionally responsive and detailed and overall a wonderful experience that I have yet to find in practically any other industry, let alone real estate! It's truly a pleasure working with the entire team, and they certainly have a lifetime customer here.

Our house was not an easy sell but it would have been impossible without Dan and his team at Eastside. They worked with us throughout the process, provided contractors when needed, and gave us support throughout. I highly recommend them and can't even imagine how miserable this would have been with a less than full service agent and team. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Dan Edwards and his team to sell our property for the first time!

They went out of their way to negociate with the buyer for a higher selling price for us, and succeed! It was a pretty old condo with outdated appliances, and the market was not at its best. We are very satisfied with what we got.

They were very efficient and responsive with professional communication in every step along the way. They outstanding knowledge and experience of this real estates industry, their excellent customer service, and the lovely little "suprises" we receiced in the mail from them, have made this selling process as smooth and pleasant as possible, way beyond our expectations!

We felt like they were with us every step of the way. They provided good advice, referrals, and peace of mind.

In addition to selling our house we were also packing up, moving, and starting over somewhere else. It helped so much to have the team walk us through a big part of that difficult transition.

We had our share of issues; however, the one area that went very smooth was finding and purchasing our new home. Dan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Dan provided us with a comprehensive market analysis including comps for similar style homes in the area as well as insight into how the market overall was trending given the uncertainty of COVID. When it came time to determine the listing price he made us feel comfortable with a price and the plan to sell. Dan and his team then provided support though every step of the process including cleaning, staging, and photos. I felt like they had everything under control the entire time allowing us to sit back and not have to worry about a thing. We had an offer at asking within the first week and closed the deal on time. This was the smoothest real estate deal we've ever done and we attribute that to Dan and his team. It was clear to us they take pride in their work and value each and every one of their customers!

This is a tough market for buyers and Dan was awesome to work with. He kept working to find us that perfect place based on budget and what we were wanting. And he located it for us. He also continued to go above and beyond even letting a carpet guy come in to do measurements before the close. That is what I call incredible personal service! I would highly recommend Dan whether buying or selling!!
