The purchase of our property was complicated due to unforeseen changes in the city. Dan took it up on himself to check in with the city on a weekly basis to get a status update on our property. He didn’t wait for us to reach out or for the seller to communicate, he made sure we knew the most up to date information. In addition to checking in on our first choice property he continued to communicate with our second choice property just in case our first choice fell through.

This was our first time selling a house with Dan's help and the second time buying one. He is absolutely fantastic! We had a lot we wanted to do to get our house ready to sell and were very stressed about it, but he helped us navigate through it with ease. We were worried about the staging (had no idea what to do to make our house look nice) but he connected us with someone who was great. The actual process of putting the house on the market went very smooth. He was available whenever we had questions. As far as buying our new house, he was just as great as the first time. My wife and I sold our home in Saint Louis Park this spring. We are so glad that we chose Dan Frank as our realtor to help us with the sale. Dan and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our sale went smoothly. He was highly recommended to us by a real estate expert to help with our new vestment property search, and was even better than we were told.

He is an expert on the area we were looking at, and was honest about the pros and cons of each property we looked at, and did not try and rush us into a decision just to make commission. He helped to find the possible issues when we were under contract, and negotiated a great deal with the seller.

After all this, he gave us recommended people to help us fix up the place, and an easy closing to save us time and stress.

Dan was highly recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law. We were never disappointed in Dan. The decision to sell our family home and down size to a townhome was a process. We looked at A LOT of houses over an 18month period of time. We had some very specific needs and he never made us feel like we were a bother or an inconvenience. He was prompt, attentive and showed concern for our well-being and happiness. When we finally found the perfect house the sellers were using an inexperienced, part-time realtor so Dan worked hard to be sure the process went smoothly, frequently needing to coach the sellers realtor. During this time we prepared our home to sale. He had some good tips for showing it. He used a professional photographer for the MLS listing. Within a day and a half we had 8 offers with several of them over the asking price. Both closings were perfectly executed and went flawlessly!! You can't go wrong with Dan as your realtor!!!

Dan went above and beyond the average agent. He was kind and courteous and despite our process taking nearly 2 years. He never, not once made us feel like an inconvenience.
