Dan Frederiksen

Dan has over 28 years of CRE experience in Arizona. He founded Majestic Properties in 2002 and grew the company statewide prior to its strategic merger with Arizona Commercial RE in 2009. He is responsible for the performance of an extensive investment management portfolio valued at over $200 Million including over 1 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties. He represents landlords and tenants and is an active investor. Dan has earned the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist (CCLS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He spends his free time golfing and with his family.
