Dan Holmen

Dan Holmen came to Oregon with the United States Coast Guard in 1963 from San Leandro, California. He knew then he was destined to make Oregon his home. That came true in 1977 when he settled in North Bend and took his Real Estate exam. He has raised three children here. The two boys still live locally and his youngest daughter graduated from Oregon State and is pursuing her Ph.d in Environmental Science at PSU. His wife of 38 years works as a Phlebotomist at North Bend Medical Center. When not working, they both keep busy maintaining their Historical home and rentals. The legalities of buying and selling Real Estate have changed drastically in the last forty years and Dan has grown with it. The things that haven't changed are Dan's hard work, honesty and integrity.
