Prior to entering the world of real estate, Dan spent six years in the finance industry, beginning his career at 20 years of age while still enrolled at UCF, as an equity trader for AMR Capital. After years at AMR, Dan branched out to an advisory firm and dealt directly with clients. In these roles, Dan learned the importance of combining a tireless work ethic with the highest level of diligence, to ensure the best results for his clients.

Dan has spent the last six years in the real estate industry, alongside one of Palm Beach County's industry leaders, Jennifer Hyland. By 31 years of age, Dan has closed over 175 sale transactions and handled approximately 150 rental transactions for his clients. Embracing a client-centric approach and a commitment to excellence has been foundational in Dan's success.

Bringing his background in finance with him, Dan's been able to build a clientele focused on that industry. Dan entered into a partnership with PGA National Resort three years ago, handling all sales alongside PGA National's Vacation Rental division. Dan has represented all types of transactions and clients, including some of the largest institutional real estate investors in the world, such as Brookfield Properties.
