About Dan
Growing up in Libertyville and currently living in Vernon Hills I know Lake County very well. I've had an apartment in Lincoln Park/Lakeview for the last 6 years and am also familiar with Chicago's neighborhoods. I also own investment properties and understand what an investor wants.
I began my career in luxury yacht sales working with discriminating buyers. Following the financial crisis in 2007, I transitioned into a corporate sales role. My accomplishments were recognized and I was promoted to manage all sales outside North America. After 3 years in this role I began selling real estate part time. I started with Keller Williams and quickly realized I enjoyed meeting new people and had a passion for helping them achieve their goals. I found it very rewarding and after being recruited by Remax I made the decision to pursue residential real estate as a business.
I earned my degree in finance and marketing, with a concentration in sales leadership from DePaul University. I bring that financial background, business experience and proven results in other industries to my real estate career.
I've represented professional athletes, corporate executives and small business owners and have a special interest in first time homebuyers. My clients appreciate that I keep them informed on their transaction and provide them with unbiased and honest information. I negotiate extensively to ensure my clients are receiving the best deal possible. I have established a solid network of experienced lenders, contractors, attorneys and home inspectors so my clients are protected every step of the way.
