Dan Lesniak

Dan Lesniak founded the Orange Line Living Brand in 2011 in order to provide clients with unique and highly specialized real estate services. Since that time Dan has represented more buyers and sellers in Arlington’s popular Orange Line Corridor than an other real estate agent. In January 2013 Dan co-founded the City Smart Living team and it quickly became one of the area’s highest producing real estate teams with over 60 transactions totaling nearly $40 million in sales in the first 9 months. In September of that year, Dan reorganized the team into the Orange Line Living Team and integrated it with the Keri Shull Team.

In 2015 Dan and Keri Shull formed Optime Realty, where the Orange Line Living and Keri Shull Teams now reside. The team was the number one selling team in Arlington, selling almost four times as much as any other real estate agent or team. Dan and his team members and have helped hundreds of clients in the Virginia, Washington D.C. and Maryland real estate markets.

Dan has hand selected the areas best buyer agents, marketing specialists, administrative staff, mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, contractors and more. The combination of people, technology and processes has allowed Dan to create specialized seller and buyer systems that offer clients unparalleled levels of service in the real estate industry.

Prior to his career in real estate, Dan earned degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy (BS), University of Maryland (MA) and Georgetown University (MBA) and had successful careers as a Nuclear submarine officer and defense contractor. Dan’s unique combination of experience and education has allowed him to create several programs that identify, mitigate and even transfer risks from his clients throughout the real estate process.
