We've worked with Dan a couple times now - selling a condo last year and buying a house recently. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market!

Dan has all the skills you'll need in a realtor - he's a great communicator and is very detail oriented. He works with a lender and an attorney, which is convenient if you don't have that lined up. He can tailor your search however you like, as he works all over the Chicagoland area. He'll guide you through the entire process, and has a great sense of what's a "good deal" in the ever-changing real estate market.

We couldn't be happier with how our sale and purchase worked out. The only downside is that we'll miss our regular chats and meetings with Dan - Truly a pleasure to work with!

Dan is as honest and diligent a person as you are going to find in the business. He always makes himself available to his clients and makes certain to get the best deal while also making sure they are getting the right property to suit their needs. Dan helped us find a great condo in Park Ridge for my mom. It was the first new home she purchased in over 40 years and she was very nervous at the start of her search.
