Dan Spain is a real estate developer, investor, and broker with deep experience leading complex commercial and residential projects from concept through completion. As the principal behind multiple La Grange based developments and hospitality ventures, Dan brings a builder's mindset, an investor's discipline, and a broker's market insight to every opportunity.
Dan owns Elm Developers, The Elm Restaurant, and Treehaus Suites, and is currently spearheading the development of The Burlington, a 39-unit luxury condominium building in downtown La Grange scheduled for delivery in Fall 2027. His development expertise includes land acquisition, entitlement, financing, construction oversight, leasing strategy, and resale allowing him to guide you with clarity on feasibility, risk, and long-term value.

Dan, his wife Caitlin, and their 3 children live in nearby La Grange Park in a beautifully restored 100+ year-old Victorian home.
