Dan Tulli

As a real estate agent, trust, integrity, and enthusiasm are just a few necessary traits needed to guide clients through a successful home purchase or home selling transaction. Dan’s clients’ satisfaction, when they find their dream home, is his reward at the end of this process. He strives for a seamless, fun approach, so that his clients feel like they have an agent for life.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Dan taught for the public school system for 13 years. This allowed him to develop excellent listening skills, patience, and a genuine empathy for others. He enjoys working with buyers and sellers from all backgrounds. Recently, Dan obtained his Military Relocation Professional certification to be able to better assist our men and women in uniform.

Dan has lived in Richmond for over 25 years and enjoys the history, people, architecture, and its outdoors spaces. When Dan is not working with his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and reading.
