She has been married to her husband Bret for 31 years and they have 3 boys, Garret, Colton and Blake. She is the grandma to an adorable grandson, Grayson, and the owner of twin Wheaten Terriers, Rozie and Hazel.

In her past life, she was an elementary school teacher. After having the boys, she decided to stay home and try to raise them to be decent human beings. After being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years, she decided she wanted to do something but wasn't sure exactly what that was. Her husband had mentioned many times over the years that he thought she should get into real estate...she didn't think that was for her as she wasn't a "sales" person. After considering it for a few minutes (seriously) she decided to take a leap of faith and give it a try. Wthin a few days she signed up for the real estate course and passed her tests for Kansas and Missouri. She soon realized that real estate (for her anyway) is not about being a sales person but rather, for her, it's about helping people in different stages of life. It's educating the first time home-buyer, being sensitive to the needs of the empty nester considering leaving the home they raised their famiy in for 25 years. For her, It's about guiding people through what can be for a very emotional time. It's about making dream homes come true...whether that means your first home, your forever home or those in between.n.
