I had the pleasure to work with Dana Latimer with Caldwell Banker Vanguard. Ms. Dana is very professional and dedicated. I met Dana months prior to deciding to buy a home when I was only interested in renting. Dana is such a pleasant and positive person to work with. Anyone who has bought a house knows how stressful it can become, you definitely need a positive Realtor. I can recall times that I had doubts and Dana was always there to shine the light in my moments of darkness.
