Dana Nelson

Welcome to Dana’s website! Growing up in the Sacramento area and residing in Folsom and El Dorado Hills since 1994, where she has raised her two daughters, she found her calling in Real Estate. She graduated from University of California Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and master’s degree in Public Administration and started an investigation business, which she owned for 20 years.

She is driven, organized, efficient, outgoing, very active, enjoys people and is uniquely personable when interacting with buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, escrow agents and bank short sale departments. She has the knowledge, skills, and motivation to help navigate the competitive and complex real estate market and facilitate any closings on behalf of her clients.
