Michelle and Dana were an amazing team! We are first time buyers, and worked with Michelle as our realtor. With the market the way its been, we were trepidatious that we'd find something that meet our needs & wants while in our budget. But Michelle set us up with regular updates on houses and her own thoughts on how we should proceed. Long story short, because of her advice we ultimately ended up making only one offer and got a wonderful house that met ALL of our criteria! We also got to work with Dana towards the end, whose expertise gave us some tips on how to move forward in our new lives as homeowners. Highly recommend their services for knowledge, connections, and great client service!

I picked Dana because she had had a recent sale in my building. I am so glad I did. I had many factors against me, the slow market, 3 other units for sale in my building, and the unit was currently unoccupied so I was losing money each month. Dana was great at explaining the current market and the best plan of action. She made great suggestions to make the apartment as desirable as possible. My apartment went in the market the week before Thanksgiving, it was under contract in 6 weeks. I was really happy with the whole process and the eventual sales price.
Dana has great connections in the area which meant my apartment was being seen by as many people as possible. As I was selling a co-op it was helpful that Dana had experience in this area and was able to help work through some of the complexities that come with selling a co-op.
I also appreciated how available she was for my questions during the whole process.
I would highly recommend Dana to anyone in the area.

Dana and Michelle were terrific to work with! Their expertise and knowledge made relocating from Phoenix to the DC Metro a breeze, even without any knowledge of the area ourselves. They remained receptive to our wants and needs, and always had prompt responses to any of our inquiries and change requests. We had some time in the area to look at homes, and they had the entire week scheduled and mapped out for us in order to make the best use of our time. My family relocated from NY to DC with no prior knowledge of the DC area. We are so glad we found Dana and Michelle to help us through this journey. After listening to our wish list they accompanied us in our discovery & adjustment to the reality of the DC market. They were responsive and did their best answering our never ending questions trying to figure out the dynamic of this very competitive market. Michelle did so many virtual visits to help us gauge if we should come down, represented us during home inspections and share her knowledge of the neighborhood. Dana was patient with us, sharing her in depth expertise, going through contract details and navigating us through the writing of the offer. As native french speakers, her fluency in French and knowledge of the French culture was such a great plus. We would certainly seek to work with Dana and Michelle in any future real estate business.

Dana and her associate Michelle are a dream team. We had a bit of a complicated situation because our purchase was part of a 1031 exchange so we had a limited time period to buy a house. They patiently showed us a number of homes and Dana was very skilled at helping us negotiate and win a "bidding war" for the house we loved. Also both she and Michelle are lovely people and a pleasure to work with. They were available whenever we needed to talk and highly responsive to our needs. Dana and her team helped us find our first home. We knew nothing about the process in the beginning. Dana took the time to explain us the whole process in details. She answered all our questions, was always responsive and pro-active. Her team was always really responsive and made arrangement for us to visit the houses we wanted to see ASAP. Once we found the house we wanted, Dana wrote the contract and helped us successfully negotiating the offer.
