Dana helped us look through more than 10 homes and never batted an eye. She helped us on weekends, evenings, and of course days. She was kind and considerate, and she helped us find a wonderful home. She offered helpful insight to the real estate market, and she offered great advice on the homes we were looking at. Will be using her again in the future.

Dana and Donna have both been wonderful throughout the entire home-buying process. It’s my first home purchase and to say it’s been stressful during this market is an understatement. However, they have both worked super hard and have gone above and beyond to make sure I found something within my budget and something that I actually liked. Their experience and knowledge about the real estate market were a huge advantage to me. They were very quick to answer any question I had, big or small, and they have explained everything in detail to me where I was able to understand. If I ever have to buy another home or plan to sell mine in the future, I wouldn’t even think twice about using someone else!

Dana is absolutely wonderful! She worked very diligently with me to find the perfect home for my family!! Once we found our home Dana went to work to get us the best price possible and is great at negotiating with the sellers agent to get us in well under asking price plus a long list of extras!! I build custom homes for a living and when I get done remodeling this home Dana will definitely be the agent listing my house!! Dana can find you what you want without having to compromise!! Thank you again Dana my kids are loving the new house and pool !!

As a first-time homebuyer, we needed a helping hand when looking for a home after wanting to leave living in an apartment. Luckily for us, we were introduced to Dana while touring a home on a weekend. She was kind enough to make time in her day to help us through the viewing of a home North of Birmingham. Though the home was not desirable, she stuck by us, going from home to home over a few months until we found the home we fell in love with. If there is a realtor who will go the extra length to make your goals a reality, shes one of the best.
