Hi, I’m Daneel Blair, a Charlotte metro REALTOR® licensed in North and South Carolina.

My approach to real estate is intentional and client-focused. I’m a modern agent who values preparation, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy. I love a good spreadsheet and a clear plan, but I also believe the experience matters. That’s why you’ll find me bringing coffee to showings, celebrating with champagne at closing, and staying present from start to finish.

I work best with buyers and sellers who want honest guidance and steady support, not pressure or noise. I pay close attention to details, explain things in plain language, and help clients think through decisions so they feel confident, not rushed.

When buying, it’s about understanding options, navigating competition calmly, and protecting your best interests along the way. Either way, the goal is a process that feels organized, supported, and well handled.

I serve the Charlotte metro area, including Rock Hill and Fort Mill. Originally from Saskatoon, Canada, I now live in Rock Hill with my husband, daughter, and our goldendoodle. I’m deeply connected to my community and value the relationships that grow out of this work.
