Danelle goes above and beyond as a realtor, and I cannot recommend her enough. While I still lived in Colorado, I spent two months applying to homes here in Florida on Zillow with almost zero responses. Since I was across the country, it was hard to be searching for rentals since I couldn’t physically see them. Danelle sent me a bunch of listings, including one for a duplex that was not even on the market yet. With her help, I was able to secure that home. I unexpectedly had to move from that house the same month I moved in, and she went right back in with helping me search. She dedicated so much time and energy to helping my children and I find a new home since she knew we quickly needed to relocate. On top of being a great realtor, she is just a joy to be around. Once when I was doing a tour of a potential home, I walked into a room where she was playing with my 4 year old, who was having a great time with her. She is very knowledgeable on the market and on rentals, so I was able to ask questions all throughout the day when something came up.

Danelle communicated well and was attentive to what we were looking for. We saw lots of houses but she was not frustrated with us. Once we finally choose a house she even helped us get concessions saving us money.....she was awesome. Additionally she made sure we got a home inspection and bargained with the seller to give us money back for some repairs that were needed.

I recommend her to help you find your home today, home tomorrow or your forever home.
