Anyone who says using a realtor to sell your home isn't worth the money has not worked with a professional like Daniel. So much goes into selling a home and you always want the best and fastest outcome. I have had the pleasure of working with Daniel and his partner Marisol in the past as a buyer. This time around I was the seller. This was a different type of stress. The main questions being, will and how long will it take for my house to sell? Daniel assured us along the way it would be ok and it would sell. I was so concerned that my house wasn't good enough because it was over 100 yrs old. Daniel made small suggestions as to what we could do to prepare for the sale. We followed his direction because we already had faith in him. The improvements turned out great and didn't cost much. Daniel took care of everything else. He had professional pictures taken and listed our house on a Wednesday. We had offers that day. He assured us there were more offers to come. He had an open house for us that Saturday and oh my God offers were piling up and it hadn't been a week. He then patiently walked us through the pros and cons of each potential buyer. He equipped us with all the info we needed to choose which buyer to go with. He thought of things I would never have considered if I were selling on my own. He even set up back up buyers in case the initial offer fell through. Needless to say we closed 30 days later with no backup needed. Daniel is a rock star. He is our real estate guru. He made the selling of our home less stressful. We went from listing our home, to multiple offers(within a week), to accepting an offer and closing all within 30 day. Daniel and Marisol will be our forever realtors.

Let me qualify my statement by saying I know very little about Selling a House. A close friend recommended Daniel to help guide us through the process. WOW!

From the minute I met Danny, I felt like I've known him my whole life.
He came prepared and already had a plan. He is definitely on top of his game. Both Daniel and Marisol, who is a huge part of his team had an immediate impact on me, to the point I was confident about something I knew very little about.

They guided me flawlessly through the process of preparing, presenting
and getting the house ready for the market.
It was almost like I was on auto-pilot, they took care of everything from the Buyers Realtor to the attorneys and all communication involved.

We had an offer within 4 days of listing the property.
We sold it very soon after.

This was the Home I grew up in pretty much my whole life, I recently lost my Parents, so this House had quite a bit of sentimental value to me.

I was never uncomfortable at all, I was never worried.
That is in large part to Daniel and his team.

Not only did Daniel's Team do a remarkable job!!!!
I came away from the process having two new friends that I will have forever.
