My name is Dan Beirne and I have been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. My father was a real estate broker for more than 50 years before me. I still get a thrill out of helping a buyer find a great house or helping a seller sell a property. In my career I have accumulated a great deal of knowledge about real estate. Most would call me an expert. I have sold more than 350 homes and managed several real estate offices. I have a broker''''''''s license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. I am a licensed real estate instructor in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I have completed the professional course work and practiced as a real estate appraiser and as a title insurance agent. In a real estate transaction I understand every aspect of financing, sales, title and valuation. I use that knowledge to help my clients.
