Daniel's career began as an Architectural Designer/Draftsman. He generated over 250 custom home designs for builders in nine states. Being associated with the building process from beginning to end he ventured into the construction industry and became project manager for a commercial division where he designed and oversaw projects such as an intricate Hotel in Wilmington, Townhomes in Baltimore, Dentist Offices in Greensboro, Condos in Charleston, and a student housing complex for East Tennessee State University. He has the experience of dealing with developers, contractors and customers on a larger scale which gives him a well-rounded background for helping you as a client.
He holds a Class A Contractors License (Lic. #2705 068796A) and has built several spec. homes in the area. Understanding the building process allows him to answer any questions or concerns a buyer may have. This knowledge can be especially useful when helping a client purchase or sell a home.
As an Appraiser (Lic. #4001 008814) he works closely with many lenders. Having experience with lenders and the lending process allows him to guide you through the loan approval. It is also good to know that an appraiser is representing you to assure that you are getting the perfect home at fair market price.
