About Daniel

Daniel moved to Charlotte, NC in 1992 after growing up in Fresno, California, and graduating from The University of California San Diego. He has been a licensed Realtor® since 1994, giving him over 31 years of experience and expertise in the Charlotte market. Daniel started his real estate career working for Prudential Carolinas Realty for 5 years and then in 1999, he joined the RE/MAX Organization. Over the last 31 years, Daniel has helped well over 1100 clients move in the Charlotte Metro area. His dedication, focus, and professionalism have allowed him to achieve high levels of success in real estate, earning six professional designations (ABR, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, SFR, & SRES) and numerous RE/MAX International awards including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and RE/MAX 25 Year Anniversary Award. Daniel is a licensed Realtor® and Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. His hobbies include hiking, backpacking, reading, running, weight lifting, riding motorcycles, working in the yard, and cooking. He has run in 6 marathons (all 26.2 miles) – one in Alaska, Ireland, Florida, Illinois, and two in California.
