Daniel Cooper is the co-owner and broker of Cooper Murdock, a rapidly growing commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm specializing in investment sales, leasing, and property management for multi-family and office/retail properties. Since obtaining his real estate license in December 2020, Daniel has built an impressive track record of success, helping clients achieve their investment goals while overseeing the growth and operations of the company.
Under Daniel’s leadership, Cooper Murdock has quickly scaled its operations, managing 860 units across 22 properties and achieving over $3,000,000 in sales volume and over $2,000,000 in leasing volume all since starting the company in January of 2024. Daniel brings a wealth of expertise to his clients, including property acquisitions, investment strategy, and deal analysis.
At Cooper Murdock, Daniel oversees investment sales, back-office operations, accounting, and company growth, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service and results. Alongside his business partner, Cheyenne Murdock, and a dedicated team, Daniel is passionate about providing innovative real estate solutions and fostering long-term client partnerships.
