Daniel and his team are the BEST realtors around! Dan guided me through a very emotional process of selling my parents downtown condo they had for over 30 years. My family initially hired a different realtor who let the place sit on the market with no offers for a year! Dan had it sold in less than 2 months! What’s more, he made sure my elderly parents got what they needed and helped us through challenges with them being overseas.
I cannot recommend Dan and the Cozzi Group enough. You will be thankful to have them by your side!

I had been renting my place for long term. My landlord let me know they were thinking about selling my unit. I was not sure what my next move was - so I called Dan. Flash forward to a few months later, am I not only a home owner - which I never even thought was a reality for me, but I got my place for a steel before it even went on the market. If you are thinking of buying or selling real estate in Chicago - Dan needs to be your first call...I mean it!

I could speak novels about how incredible Dan Cozzi was throughout our home purchase. This was the second time we purchased a house, but the first in Illinois after just moving here a few months prior. Dan guided us through the process with an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. He was beyond competent during the negotiating process, and we can’t imagine if we hadn’t had him in our corner. Dan’s communication and response time was shockingly fast. We will be recommending him to family and friends, even if they already have a realtor - I don’t see how anyone could be better.

Dan was amazing! Easy to get a hold of, always asking the questions that you don’t think to think of while you’re looking through a home and made the process of buying and selling so easy and stress free. He is a great communicator, was honest and realistic with us whenever we needed it and helped in any way he could. Throughout the whole process I never felt like we were doing this alone and if we had any questions Dan was always there with the answer.
