Daniel Garrett is a Tennessee native from Monterey and a graduate of Tennessee Tech University, where he earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with honors. Then a PharmD from Gatton College of Pharmacy. His professional background includes engineering, pharmacy leadership, and business ownership, giving him a detail-oriented, analytical approach that benefits his real estate clients every step of the way.
Daniel’s career path has given him experience in problem-solving, negotiation, operations, and client service at a high level. After working in engineering and later helping lead and grow an independent pharmacy business, he became increasingly involved in real estate alongside his wife, Jessica Garrett. In 2020, Daniel and Jessica opened Mighty Oaks Realty, with a vision of building a relationship-driven brokerage focused on service, trust, and strong advocacy for every client.
Since then, Daniel has continued expanding his role in the business and is committed to helping Mighty Oaks Realty grow into a trusted local leader. He believes real estate is about more than just transactions. It is about guiding people through major life decisions with honesty, care, and professionalism.
