Started in Real Estate in 1991 in Miami Beach, sold over 10,000 condominiums in lifetime, been a member of the million-dollar club of realtors since 1995, prestige award given to exclusive realtors. Received a second Million-dollar award in 1996, at the age of 28 managed sales and marketing teams in Central and South Florida, worked with government GSE's on how to increase homeownership for the needed. Had seven offices throughout Florida and three internationally. One in Bahamas, two in Colombia. Was named in top 250 agent for NAHREP four years in a row under forty. Selling an average 150 transactions a year, closing three transaction a week. Recognized in the Top Agent Magazine Nationwide and recognized by Blomberg Business. Director of Sales for the largest resort in the Caribbean the Atlantis, I have been an active member of NAHREP for 7 years participating as a speaker, panelist, Coach, Past President, maintaining the mission of sustainable Hispanic homeownership. Speaker for NAR and local Director for Osceola County Association of Realtors. Currently serve as Florida Realtors District Vice president of region twelve.
