Daniel was the most respectful, most patient, and most professional agent I could ever imagine working with.

We were already homeowners with a mortgage, and we were very nervous about the process of buying and selling at the same time, but Daniel was there to guide us every step of the way. He responded to every question immediately and made us feel like we were his priority. He understood that we were looking for a place to call home well into the future and he never made us feel any pressure to rush a decision. He pointed out things in prospective homes that we otherwise would not have noticed ourselves, and he masterfully handled everything between the time our bid was accepted and the time we officially closed, communicating every detail to us along the way.

When it was time to sell, his expertise and professionalism shined brightly. He understood the market and helped us maximize our bids well beyond what we were expecting. He walked us through the process step by step and patiently explained everything we were unclear about.

Throughout the process, he gave us the autonomy to proceed in the manor that best fit our needs and personalities, but he was there with advice and guidance when we weren't sure how best to proceed. He also had great connections throughout the community - when we needed a septic inspection or chimney work, he connected us with people that he trusted and vouched for. Upon meeting his connections, we clearly understood why he trusted and vouched for them. Good people keep good company.

I'll be suggesting Daniel to any friends, family members, coworkers, acquaintances, etc. If you're reading this review, I'd highly suggest working with Daniel. You'll be glad you did.
