Daniel was an excellent realtor. We were moving from Memphis and shopping for afar was not always easy. He patiently showed us homes in several parts of Williamson County, even FaceTiming when we could not get to a property in time, before we ultimately settled in Nolensville. We were working with a long list of desires and a budget and he helped us find exactly what we needed, right down to my art studio. Even though we saw a lot of homes, Daniel never made us feel rushed or that we needed to “hurry up” to find a home. We would definitely use Daniel and his team again.

Daniel Hope wasn't our first real estate agent, and we had a great one before. But he was our last and in the unlikely event we have to navigate this craziness again, he'll be our only choice. He exemplify courtesy, patience, and thoughtfulness. He worked with our weird schedule, took emails for house viewings quickly, which was a must in our particular housing market, and used every bit of technology available to ease our way. It was a four year journey to find our forever home. We were so blessed that he was with us navigating it.

Looking to purchase a home in Nashville, we had no idea where to start. A friend in Arkansas from Texas recommended we reach out to Daniel Hope. We are SO GRATEFUL! Daniel met All our expectations, went BEYOND our expectations, and even created new expectations for us as we sought a house. He delivered much more than a house. I do not know houses but I have spent my life working with people and we saw quickly that Daniel was one we could trust. Most people realize that trust is important in this kind of transition. But there is a difference in someone who can get your trust and someone who is trustworthy! Daniel is trustworthy! We cannot recommend him highly enough! We give him 5 stars only because we do not have a category called “off the charts.” I do not recommend everyone, I have no problem being critical of "non-professional professionals," and I have no interest in Daniel getting referrals. Yet, out of gratitude I will tell anyone that I have worked with world class achievers and Daniel Hope takes that level of care for the people whom he serves.

If there was a higher rating than a 5 star I would definitely go to the top!
Daniel is a professional who provided over, above, and beyond the expected level of service.
Since we were moving from Ohio to Tennessee, it was not likely that we would make the trip to visit homes for sale. Daniel took care of that by doing virtual tours of homes, and did such a wonderful job, that we bought our home sight unseen until we got to Tenneessee and signed the final papers!
He has all of our trust. We can’t say enough about Daniel’s professionalism, his total attention to detail and he was actually there to take care of any request or concern that we had and in a timely fashion!

I meet Daniel during a two-day trip to Nashville when my husband and I were considering a move from Southern California. Daniel arrived at our hotel with a list of properties in different areas of Nashville to show us what we could expect to find in our price range. He then spent several hours driving me around to look at neighborhoods so that we could make a more informed decision about a relocation. Two months later when we made our move he continued to work hard to find the right home for us. This was not an easy task as we were very unsure about what or where we wanted to buy. Daniel continued to work tirelessly to show me a variety of properties until we found the perfect condo in Green Hills. Knowing this was the home for us, Daniel worked magic negotiating a contract and keeping us informed every step of the way. He was so understanding of our travel schedules and continued to work with us through multiple changes to closing dates. He has continued to facilitate some final repairs that were needed after closing. Daniel has a wonderful way of combining professionalism with a warm and friendly personality. He is not only our Realtor, but has become a friend. I would (and will) recommend Daniel to friends looking to buy or sell.

It’s hard to put in to words everything that Daniel Hope was able to do for us during the buying and selling of our homes. My husband is in finance and takes being fiscally responsible very seriously. In an attempt to save money he thought it would be a good idea to list our house for sale by owner. It did not take long to learn that selling a house is not as straightforward as you would like to think. Nashville is full of realtors and we had plenty of personal friends offering to be our agents. Instead we chose to go with Daniel and I’m glad we did.
Daniel is not a “snap a few pictures and throw your house on the market” kind of Realtor. He takes the time to develop a relationship and do the hard work. He provided a professional decorator to come give input on staging and styling our house. He also sent an extremely talented photographer to get excellent shots of our home. These were at no cost to us!
We were under contract within two weeks for our asking price. Daniel’s expertise on accepting and offering contracts was priceless!
That was just the selling of our home! It can be extremely stressful but is very common to have to buy and sell at the same time. Daniel listened to our very long list of specific needs and kept them all in mind as he searched for the perfect house for our family. He managed to get us in for the very first showing of the house we purchased. They had an offer within hours. He and his staff kept us on schedule
for inspections and financial deadlines. There are a lot of details that could easily have been missed if we didn’t have someone responsible and attentive paying attention to them for us.

What could have been extremely stressful and overwhelming was not because of Daniel and his team. I would without hesitation recommend him to anyone whether you know other realtors or not. Daniel’s professionalism, attention to detail, work ethic and honesty make him one in 1 million.
I am now thrilled to consider Daniel a friend.

Daniel was a marvelous realtor for us and we cannot be more pleased. From the very beginning, he was easy to work with, full of knowledge, always responsive, and worked incredibly hard. He has a great reputation with other realtors and they all seem eager to work with him. He was able to negotiate everything we wanted without ever jeopardizing the sale. When it came to finally sell, he has a great group of contacts for every little thing that we needed to do. He is a fantastic realtor and I couldn't recommend him any higher. He'll always be our go-to realtor.

My wife and I just bought a house. The realtor that took care of all of our needs was Daniel Hope. We didn’t choose Daniel, but he was assigned to us by the company that was relocating us. From the moment we met Daniel, we knew that this was going to be a good fit. It was obvious that Daniel’s number one goal was too make sure that we got the home we wanted, and he was going to go out of his way to let us see every home we were interested in. We brought Daniel homes that we wanted to see, and Daniel sent us homes that just came on the market every week, by e-mail. Daniel called frequently just to check up on us (no pressure, ever) and took our phone calls personally. On those few occasions that I had to leave a message, he returned the phone call in a timely manner.
Daniel didn’t treat us like clients but rather like friends that he cared about, and yet he was intelligent and professional. He did his homework and knew the homes we were interested in.
Daniel was also very helpful with regards to advice. We asked a lot of questions because we are new to the area.
There is a lot that I could say about Daniel Hope, but suffice it to say that I am glad that he was our realtor and if we buy another house, I will use Daniel Hope again. Also, I will recommend him to anyone that I come in contact with that maybe selling or buying a house.

My wife and I recently moved to the Nashville area for work and weren’t exactly sure where we wanted to live so we decided to rent. We began going to open houses on Sunday afternoons to try and get a feel of what areas we liked and could see ourselves living. At the time we weren’t really serious about any of the houses, it was just a way for us to get familiar with Nashville.
At the very first open house we went to, Daniel was the hosting agent. He was very nice and welcoming, not pushy or overbearing, just a down to earth nice guy that seemed to care more about you, the person and not the potential buyer. Which can be very surprising in todays very competitive real estate world.
A few months came and went, and we continued to attend open houses, meeting different real estate agents here and there. When the time came that my wife and I were serious about purchasing a house, we had a decision to make; who did we want to walk us through this process? In all honesty we both knew who we wanted as our agent, so we didn’t have a lot of decision making to do. We wanted the guy that was genuine, sincere, trustworthy, and not just looking for the next deal.
So I emailed Daniel and told him we would love to have him help us find a home! He was quick to respond and was very thankful for the opportunity. Daniel made the whole process as smooth as possible, from finding us listing to setting up viewings. He was available anytime we needed him, and always made time to work around our schedules.
Daniel is very knowledgeable about the area, as well as finding all the right people to help with the home buying process. Even after we moved in he has continued to help us find electricians and handymen as we have changed a few things! But what stood out to us the most was what type of person he is.
Daniel was a pleasure to work with and I know we will be using him in the future for any real estate needs. I highly recommend Daniel Hope and The Hope Group!!

I would be shocked if there is a more well-rounded realtor in Nashville. Daniel exceeded expectations in every aspect of the home-buying process. After several meetings and frequent phone calls, I would have expected Daniel's patience to run thin but he never rushed or pushed us. He listened carefully to our wants and needs and placed those things as top priority throughout. He didn't add advice when we didn't request it, but when we did, he gave honest advice even if it required more of his time and effort. He is regularly available and timely with his responses. He's great at negotiating and knows the ins and outs of buying/selling real estate. Daniel seemed to have helpful connections to recommend for every additional need we had. I highly recommend him!

We were moving from out of state to the Nashville are to start my new job and did not know who to contact to help us find a new home. So I asked a couple of my future co-workers if they knew of any realtors in the area, and one of them gave me Daniels name. He told me that he had a great experience with him earlier in the year when they were buying a new home and to give him a call.

We contacted Daniel before we visited any homes and not only did he meet our expectations, he exceeded them every step along the way. From helping us narrow down our search with the parameters we gave him, to scheduling and coordinating the home inspections, putting together and following up with the builder on the “punch list’ to make sure it was completed in a timely manner to being there with us on closing day. We would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking for a realtor that cares about you and your family whether you are buying a new home or looking to sell your existing home.

Daniel is everything we could have hoped for and MUCH more than we expected in a real estate partner. He is honest, professional, intelligent, and knows how to navigate a competitive and fast-paced greater Nashville real estate market (we were up against 3 other offers). Daniel went to great lengths to make sure we were taken care of when it came to our home search, offer and close process.

I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone considering a home purchase. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we are so thankful for his service and ongoing support; we are still using his referrals for plumbers, roofers and contractors today.

I would not have wanted anyone else to represent us throughout the process of buying our first home. Daniel is such a great guy, and has so many great suggestions and connections to professionals who can assist with the home-buying process that when we got to closing, the whole process took less than 30 minutes and we were on our way to our new home. I cannot say enough great things about Daniel and the level of service he provides. I know as a realtor he has multiple clients at one time, but it felt like we were the only ones he had with the amount of detail and attentiveness we were provided. Any time an issue arose, no matter what the seller's attitude was about it, Daniel pushed for the best possible outcome that we could have. His negotiation skills are very impressive and the fact that he was always ready and available to answer the phone made this whole process incredibly smooth. You can tell Daniel is a professional in this business who has experience in almost every scenario. Four days before we were supposed to close, we learned that our home had a small hole in the corner wall that had been letting all of the rainwater from the week to come inside. Daniel immediately started making calls and worked out a deal in which the home was completely remedied over the weekend and we were able to close and move in on our original closing date. When I found THE ONE he worked diligently to secure communications between the seller and their agent to start negotiations. Daniel went above and beyond in dealing with my home purchase. He was patient, kind, helpful and cheerful in all of my dealings with him. I wasn't pre-qualified, because I was going through a non-traditional lending institution, and most realtors wouldn't even give me a call back, much less show me properties. Daniel took me at my word and worked hard to make sure I got everything I needed. In the end it worked out for both of us. The next time I am looking to buy, I wouldn't want anyone except Daniel to be my realtor.
