I was referred to Daniel by a friend whose house he sold in 15 days. Unlike the previous realtor that came to the house I was selling and spent 10 minutes an told me what I was listing for; Daniel came, brought his photographer/videographer, spent a couple of hours and went through the house thoroughly. He asked questions and was very detail oriented. He posted the listing and I had an offer in about 12 hours. He's been stellar with handling communication and is on top of the technology game allowing e-signature documents. Love that!! I could not recommend him more highly. He is a true professional!

We found Daniel and Zillow while searching for our firat home. After reading some reviews we set up our first meeting with him. All I can say is that working with Daniel was such a pleasure! He reaponds to texts and email very quickly making it easy to schedule showings, make offers, and be on top of the house buying game. He was very honest when a home was showing age/warning signs, and he helped us make the best judgement on what house to put an offer on. Once the offer was in he was very quick with the paperwork and made sure we didn't miss out on a house because of slow paperwork processing. In the end, Daniel found us our dream home and we couldn't be happier!

We didn't use Daniel at first. Our first realtor didn't know anything about the house they showed us. Stayed on their phone the whole time and wasn't finding homes in the area we requested. We then decided that we wanted someone who would do their homework on a house we wanted to look at. Someone that wanted to actually help us. Daniel goes beyond the expectation. This is our first time buying a home and he has helped walk us threw the whole process. If we ever decide to buy another house we will only use Daniel.

It's difficult finding your first home when you are not sure exactly where you want to live. It's crucial to have a knowledgeable agent who can show you around the city and allow you to explore all of your options. For 4 straight months, Daniel took the time and was patient enough to go back and forth all around town and show us any houses we wanted to see. No matter what day of the week, or what time it was, we immediately looked at every house we had any interest in.
