Daniel Jefferies

Dan Jefferies has been a partner in Howes & Jefferies Realtors since 1970. He is the 4th consecutive generation of his family to be in the real estate business in Clinton, IA. He specializes in commercial, development and investment real estate in both Iowa and Illinois and holds the prestigious CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial & Investment Member), held by fewer than 7,000 Realtors nationwide. In addition, he holds the CRB (Certified Residential Broker),

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the CRP (Certified Relocation Specialist) designations. He has developed properties both in Iowa and Illinois and has been engaged by several Fortune 500 companies, for the purposes of acquisition, consulting and marketing real estate. Jefferies graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor´s degree in Finance and swam competitively on their varsity swimming team. He also attended the University of Pennsylvania´s Graduate School of Business.
