About Daniel

When I was growing up, every Saturday was yardwork day. We all had our responsibilities and took care of them accordingly. However, one time when I was 10 years old, I witnessed my Dad finish all of his work and then stood looking at both of our neighbor’s yards. He stood there for only a minute before disappearing back into our shed and taking out all of our yard tools and lawn mower. He then proceeded to mow, edge, and hedge both of their yards (as both families were on vacation). After he had finished, I asked him why he decided to do that. He replied, “ I would love it if a neighbor did that for our family if we went on vacation and I also can’t wait to see the smile on their faces.”

This lesson resounded with me throughout life and plays a big role in my motivation in becoming a genuine citizen and neighbor within our community.

I come from a sales and financial background. Graduated University of Washington in Economic Geography/GIS, spent 10+ years in sales with 5 of those as a Manager for a branch of US Bank. I also spent 3 years as a team leader for Genie Industries (so hard work is not foreign to me). After years of various types of experiences, I now find myself lucky enough to be in a circumstance that I can start a new chapter of life in Real Estate.

My mission is to utilize all the knowledge, experiences, and life lessons I’ve learned and be able to become that neighbor to you that my Dad was to his neighbors.
