I am a Realtor/broker in Chapin, South Carolina. I retired after 29 plus years of service in the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel and personally moved more than a dozen times during my military career and know the stresses as well as ins/outs of buying and selling a home. I specialize in - seller representation, military relocation, first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, residential & single-family homes and new construction. I am also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. I personally sell real estate all over South Carolina and have team members in Tennessee and Alabama as well. I fully understand the home buying and selling process and am an Expert at pricing and Negotiations. I am a past elected board member for my local Realtor association and currently serve on the state level board of directors. I am also a licensed instructor and have taught and currently instruct entry level and continuing education courses for real estate agents. Over the past 4 plus years, I have either personally closed or directly supervised more than 4000 transactions, with several hundreds of million dollars in sales. Dan and his wife Lori were incredible! We started our first home buying experience while overseas. Dan was very knowledgable about VA loans, and helped us navigate the home buying process. When we returned to the States and our home search continued, Lori gave us top notch service, and quickly became part of our family.
