I recently closed on my triplex with the amazing help of Creed Palmer and the Leyden Team. I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but my experience was so good that it was worth the time to highlight the exceptional experience I had throughout the entire process from searching for homes, to closing. As a 1st time homebuyer and new investor, I had fears of the unknown and intimidated by some of the complicated processes to navigate and yet Creed was more than patient with every question and concern I presented with detailed feedback. He went above and beyond, often a step ahead providing resources before I even inquired about them; his availability was extremely flexible; his knowledge of the market rather impressive and the icing on the cake was that he was such a pleasure to work with while always maintaining a professional demeanor. I could honestly go on, but the point is his hands-on approach made me feel safe as I trusted I was in good hands and I believe this partnership made all the difference in me not only landing an amazing property to start my portfolio that I shall soon call home but also has certainly won Leyden Real Estate a lifelong client. 3 years ago Dan Leyden worked with me to buy my first house using the Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND) program. This program allows teachers, police officers, and firefighters to buy certain foreclosed homes in the town where you work at, for 1/2 off the listed price! We bought our 4 bed 2 bath house for $67,500! Flash forward 3 years(the required time you need to live in the house if buying a house with this program) and this summer I reached back out to Dan to sell the property, especially considering the market was so hot. Dan had Maria from his team come out right away to take pictures and create a virtual tour of the house for the posting and within 2 months the house sold! Granted we did put money into the home, we sold for almost 250k!!! It was like sitting with a winning lotto ticket that I had to wait 3 years to cash in, and the real bonus was I got countless memories in this home with my wife and 3 daughters. Thank you Dan, Maria, and all else from Leyden Real Estate who helped to make sure this went through, start to finish!!! #LeydenRealEstate #ForTheWin

Dan and his team were great! I'm a new investor who was looking for a multifamily house to live in and rent out the other unit. He owns and manages investment properties so he was an awesome asset for someone with only a little experience.
