Dan is knowledgeable and gives great advice for how to navigate selling your house. He communicates regularly to make sure everyone is on the same page. Things I would never think of when selling my house, he knew exactly what to do before it even happened. This is when I knew I was in good hands with someone experienced. Lots of moving pieces to manage but Dan and his team made sure the sale of my house went smoothly. Highly recommend, will definitely use again if needed.

In 2018, we moved and decided to rent our townhome. We were looking for a reliable and more importantly, a knowledgeable realtor. Dan McDevitt and his team came highly recommended! What a great choice we made! We were very pleased! So in 2021, when we decided to sell our townhome, it was an easy decision to reach out to Dan.

Dan was truly exceptional. I was impressed with he and his team’s level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. Overall their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, and caring attitude, was a no-brainer for us to work with them again!

If you are buying or selling a home in Maryland, you will be thankful that Dan is part of your team. We originally planned to put our house on the market in Spring of 2020, but we changed our plans due to COVID-19. Dan kept us informed of the market, never pressured us. When we were ready, he explained what his gameplan to sell the house was. He suggested listing our house at a number quite a bit higher than I thought it would sell for. We took his advice and within 48 hour we had two bids ABOVE what his suggestion was! Thank you Dan!

Dan and his team are excellent! We originally planned to list our house in April 2020 before our second child was born, then the pandemic hit, throwing our plans for a loop! Dan was so gracious and patient, working with us, keeping in touch and answering all our questions as we tried to figure out our future. When I got a job offer out of state several months later, Dan helped us move quickly to get the house ready, reassess the new market and list the house. The team had a very detailed and extensive marketing plan to get the word out about our home, including the cool "coming soon" feature before it even listed. It all worked and we had two offers on our home within two days of listing! This was our first time selling a home, so we had endless questions about the process and paperwork, which Dan or his team were always quick to answer. Moving is stressful under normal circumstances, but selling a home (for the first time), moving out of state, and starting a new job all with a new baby during a pandemic is a doozy... But the home selling part could not have gone any smoother thanks to Dan and his team!!!

I started working with Dan when several attempts to sell an older home in the Hamilton section of Baltimore City wasn't working well. He made some suggestions, we went away and did those things, then he put it on the market. It was sold in 16 days. We then had him represent us on a townhome in Columbia. Following his advice, we sold that home in 6 days. So, when we decided to move to Florida and put up our home in Elkridge, Dan had us an offer within 4 days. It fell through, and he had another the next day. That deal closed. So, three houses all handled brilliantly by Dan.

I'd recommend him to anyone who was looking for the right realtor to get their home sold!

Dan handled the sale of 2 of our investment properties. One of the properties was put on the market 3 times prior with 3 different realtors and we had no takers with the property sitting on the market for 3 months on each occasion. When Dan took over in our 4th attempt, not only did he get a full price offer in 15 days being on the market, the foot traffic was impressive

Our 2nd investment home sold in an even shorter period; 6 days on the market and before the open house. The whole process from the start to the end was seamless and we were informed every step of the way on what was happening.
