Daniel Morse

Having grown up in Penn Yan, he spent every moment he could at his grandparent’s home on Keuka Lake enjoying the beauty of this area. After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in business management he moved back to the area he loved and started to invest in real estate. As his interest and portfolio grew, he knew real estate would be more than a hobby for him and Keuka Lake was where he wanted to be. In 2007 he obtained his real estate license and from that point forward I was all in.

He was the top sales person in the office his first year. He then decided to further his education and obtained his Brokers License. As each year went by, he worked hard to grow his business and become more knowledgeable to better serve his customers. This in turn translated to him receiving numerous awards and closing many deals.

In 2014 his broker (Dale Lane) and he went into business together forming Keuka Lake and Land Realty. Along with our agents Keuka Lake and Land Realty services all ranges of property here in the Finger Lakes including lake, land, farm, village and investment properties. Last year our agents closed over $24 Million in sales.

All of this would not be possible without support from home. He enjoys living here in Penn Yan with his wife Rebecca a teacher at the Penn Yan Elementary School, our daughter Evelyn, their golden retriever Ginger and their cat Whiskers.
