Daniel Odrezin

Daniel is the President of Heights Title, ARC Realty's affiliated full-service title and closing company. In this capacity, he manages all aspects of the company's closing division. In addition, he operates a residential real estate sales business with ARC.

He was born and raised in Birmingham and received both a bachelor's degree in communication studies and a law degree from the University of Alabama.

Immediately after law school, Daniel joined the Birmingham Jewish Federation as a fundraiser and in-house counsel. Shortly after marrying his wife Meredith, a physical therapist at UAB hospital whose family is deeply rooted in the real estate industry throughout the Southeast, Daniel made a career shift joining ARC to pursue his own growing interest in the residential real estate market.

While continuing to maintain his real estate sales business, in January 2020 Daniel became President of Heights Title to launch and manage the company's resale real estate closing and settlement services division.
