With more than 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dan has built a reputation for delivering strategic advisory services, market expertise, and exceptional outcomes for his clients throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.
Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York, Dan specializes in commercial investment sales, asset analysis, leasing, site development, and business transactions across the Poconos, Lehigh Valley, and surrounding markets. His approach is client-specific and results-driven, focusing on maximizing value for investors, owners, developers, and institutions.
Dan began his career at Coldwell Banker Commercial before becoming the top-producing agent at Michael Baxter & Associates. In 2014, he launched The Daniel Perich Group under the KW Commercial brand, before fully transitioning to an independent identity in 2025 to better serve a growing regional client base. His expertise spans hospitality, healthcare, retail, office, industrial, land development, and net-leased investments, with a consistent focus on confidential transactions and strategic market positioning.
In 2003, Dan earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a credential recognized globally as the Ph.D. of commercial real estate. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS®, and Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®.
A lifelong advocate for education and leadership, Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Mansfield University and previously served as a public school teacher before transitioning into real estate. He continues to mentor junior agents and contributes to the growth of the industry through his involvement with the Pocono Real Estate Academy.
