About Daniel

My young family moved from Tukwila WA. to the rural-ness of Ravensdale WA. in 1970. After a season logging with Bremmeyer Logging, and a few seasons hauling garbage with Rainier Disposal, I decided it was time for a career, in real-estate. In 1977 and I jumped in to a very hot market, which was soon followed by a very cold market. Maybe you remember, "Last person out of Seattle Turn Out The Lights". Those were interesting times for everyone and a great place to learn the basics first hand.

My first 5 years were "On the Job" training with some of the best in the business, my good friends at Bell-Anderson Realty in Kent WA. Followed by 4 years managing a W.E. Ruth office in Maple Valley, and 4 years with ERA American Brokers, and then 5 years with my first company, D. Rowley Agency. Then 14 years with RE/MAX Realty South, and finally, back to working for my own company, Rowley Realty NW for the last 10+ years. I am presently with Highest Offer Real Estate, help to buy, fix, repair, and sell homes all across the Puget Sound Area.
