BEST AGENT EVER. “ Daniel helped me sell my property (condo) it took 3 different offers during the 6 month listing, the first 2 failed because of financing issues with the buyers. Through this journey Daniel offered his support, knowledge, experience and infinite patience through countless open houses, documents reads and deals negotiations which finally help me sell the property. Daniel is the kind of realtor who will tell it like it is and not look to make a quick buck but instead will do what is right for his client because that's the kind of guy he is.
During this time he was like having a property manager for free, he helped me with repairs that were needed after multiple inspection.
