Selling real estate since 2014, Dan has established himself as a prominent expert in the northwest suburban residential real estate market. His positive attitude, analytical mind, and patient approach make him easy to work with. After leaving a top-producing team at the previous #1 real estate brokerage to join @properties in 2017, Dan is proud to contribute to @'s dominant success in recent years. Reaching the #1 spot in overall sales volume in the Chicago metropolitan area in 2018, @properties continues to separate further from the competition each year. Over the last 5 years, Dan has worked hard to rank in the top third of brokers at the competitive Barrington office, the highest-grossing sales volume brokerage in Barrington.
In 2021, Jennifer and Dan partnered up to create Secedi Homes. The structure of Secedi Homes is unlike most other team structures in that they are a true partnership. There is no lead agent. Clients will not be passed off to a buyer's agent or a team manager at the office. Jennifer and Dan have different strengths that they have put together to create a compelling value package for their clients.
Born and raised in Palatine, Dan earned his bachelor's degree at Purdue University in Aviation Management. He is extremely familiar with many northwest suburban municipalities, specific neighborhoods, schools, and surrounding towns. Dan currently resides in Cary with Jennifer, their two young children, and standard poodle.
