Daniel worked as a fixed income trader before he decides to pursue a career in real estate. In 2015 alone, he has completed more than seventy real estate transactions. Daniel has comprehensive understandings of most buildings in the downtown area and extensive knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods. He can easily explain and identify the best properties available for a client's needs. Most important, he has the ability to get deals closed at a good price. With his financial background, he is very familiar with the numbers for each of the investments.
Daniel received his Dual Honors Bachelor Degree from the Ohio State University and obtained his Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He wants to make the world a better place and is actively involved in social contribution and philanthropy events. He started Edge Club with his friends in 2013, which aims to help young Chinese professionals connect together through hosting workshops and various events.
