Dana Erdos was born and raised in Europe, Romania (the heart of Transylvania). Her parents instilled an appreciation for family, nature, community, and that you could achieve any goal with hard work and determination. Their love and guidance shaped her belief structure to set goals, work hard, be fair, honest, give back to the community, and live life to the fullest.
While pursuing these beliefs, she quickly became the Manager of the prestigious private membership Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club, located in the South Tampa neighborhood. Her 10 years background career at the club definitely gave Dana the skills to succeed. She brings excellent customer service, communication, dedication, negotiation skills, and the ability to cater and adapt to all her client's real estate needs.
She found her passion for Real Estate while relocating to Europe. Exploring the amazing European cities, lots of unique architectural buildings, and beautiful design, she then decided to embark on a career in Real Estate.
After 3 years in Europe, she relocated back to Tampa, remembering how she fell in love with the sophisticated blend of the city, and amazing beach life.
As a realtor specializing in residential properties and investments, Dana understands what is like to stand in her client's shoes. Relocating several times, buying, and selling houses of her own, has afforded Dana a sensitivity towards her client's journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her personal experience. Buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life and views representations and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. She always says that although the transactions are the same the clients are always unique.
She operates at a level of honesty and integrity above all else providing her clients with the same level of unmatched service, whether it is a starter condo, a first home, or an investment property. When you are buying a home, you do not want to second-guess who is your agent and how strong is her team. They focus on their clients’ experience and demonstrate time and time again that they represent their clients to the highest of industry standards, protecting their interests, and assisting them with their real estate needs.
During her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, visiting many of the cultural venues, exploring the great dining venues with her family and friends, and traveling to Europe. She now lives in South Tampa with her loving husband Robert, and their beautiful girls Sophie and Gianna
