Growing up in a family that invested in the real estate business, she has gained a lot of knowledge in real estate investing, construction, rehabbing, upgrading, decorating and staging. With the help of her family of general contractors, Daniela was able to "flip homes" in up and coming neighborhoods of Chicago and suburbs. She gained valuable experience in the rental market by purchasing and managing rental properties.
