Danielle was recommended to us by a family friend who had moved to Chico from another part of California. Although we were familiar with the Chico area, we were moving from halfway across the country, and had limited opportunities for in-person house-hunting. Danielle was savvy in using technology to facilitate every step of the process, including FaceTime for house tours, electronic signing of disclosures and other documents, and generally being our eyes on the ground to spot drawbacks that might only be evident in person. Based on her knowledge of construction in our neighborhood, she suggested inspections that uncovered issues that could have proven disastrous down the road. She was also patient and thorough in navigating the differences between realty practices in Chico and the market where we were selling our home. I would recommend Danielle to anyone who wants a realtor who will advocate enthusiastically on their behalf, and who will approach potential roadblocks as exciting challenges to be overcome.

Well where to begin! Our story is one for the books!! We started home searching around September of 2015 when we learned we were expecting our first child. We hunted all over with the help of Danielle. We wanted to stay in our price range and also have a decent lot size with a nice yard for the doggies and baby! Not an easy task in the Chico area! Well fast forward to June 2016, one week after our daughter was born, we found the perfect home! Danielle rushed us over to see it and we put in our offer right away. After a counter it was accepted! We had a 30 day escrow and the home would be ours! Well about 2 weeks in our new home was going to be looked over by a home inspector. This is where it all becomes a story no one can forget! During the inspection he turned on the stove to check its condition, he did not check the oven and there happened to be towels and Tupperware inside the oven! The stove caught fire! The fire then spread causing damage to the kitchen and smoke damage throughout the home! Danielle had to break the news to is that evening that things took a wild turn! Well we were currently renting a home and had already put in our 30 day notice and a deposit on movers and with a new baby we couldn't just relocate temporarily that easily! Well long story short Danielle pulled it all off. She managed to get us in on our original closing date, keys in hand! She had to constantly call and check in on the progress from the cleaning crew and repairs and help the inspector get his funds delivered to start the process. She went above and beyond to get us into our home even when it looked like the timeline may be extended. It was stressful and a wild ride but it all paid off and we know it would not have all come together as it did had it not been for Danielle. Few could work their magic like that!

My Hsband and I had recently moved back to the Chico area after living elsewhere for a few years and we were ready to purchase a house. We had known Danielle for a few years and we were excited to have her as our realtor! We looked to purchase our first home after having our second child and she made the process smooth and painless. She was always willing to show houses on our free time and gave great advise on location, quality of neighborhoods, school districts, etc. She gave us great insight during the purchase and closing processes and she made us feel comfortable throughout the whole situation. I chose to work with Danielle as my Realtor because she is a friend of mine. I know her to be an upstanding person. Having worked with her for the entirety of my home-buying process, I have nothing but good things to say. Danielle was great when it came to working around my schedule in terms of showing me houses, and was willing to take the time I needed to feel confident that I had seen everything I needed to see. When I found the one, she made sure to get my offer in quickly, and worked with the seller to make sure I was getting the best deal for my money. She's continuing to work with me to make sure I've got all my affairs in order so that the moving process and first few months in the new home will be as easy as possible, and even is working with me to schedule the work that will be done on the new home. I really can't say enough good things about the whole process that I've been through. I've heard horror stories from a lot of people about their first home-buying experience, and mine has been exactly the opposite: Perfect.
