I chose to call Danielle after lots of research and reading her good reviews. When I reached out to Danielle, I received a response back right away. She said she was available anytime I needed her and that was true. She listed my home and it received multiple offers in two days after listing. She answered all of my questions and was there for me whenever I reached out. Danielle kept me informed of every step of the sale. We closed on my house in thirty days and everything went perfectly smooth. I’m extremely happy with Danielle and the experience I had selling my home. I will recommend Danielle to anyone I know that is selling their home in the future.

My husband and I decided to work with Danielle because she helped my parents find their home. Danielle was amazing, she talked us through everything we slightly questioned, she pointed us in all the directions and made sure we were looking at what we wanted to. She was available whenever we needed her whether it was to look at a house or a question and she even helped us with our lenders questions. We will definitely continue working with her on any future sales/purchases and 100% will recommend her always!

Danielle was awesome from the first contact through closing. She was with us every step of the way. We bought a new construction home and technically didn’t need a realtor, but I am super glad we decided to work with Danielle. During the construction process, she attended every meeting with the builders and keep our best interest first and foremost. She understands the building process and caught multiple issues we missed while completing our walk throughs. Additionally, she stayed on top of the lender and builders to ensure our questions, concerns, and needed information was always clearly and concisely communicated on our behalf. Danielle shared her years of experience with us and helped us to make wise decisions from hiring our own inspector to contacting local contractors for additional home modifications after closing. Danielle was a huge help and made this crazy process manageable for my wife and I. I 100% recommend you work with Danielle if you are looking for a home in the South Carolina Midlands.

Danielle did an amazing job for my wife and I. We had done a new construction and had a few bumps in the road. We had several delays due to COVID supply chain issues and Danielle kept us in the loop the entire time. Explaining to us the various addendums we needed to sign and complete along the way with the changes that had to happen to close on time.

We had a 3 month delay all together and Danielle fought for us on our last delay so we were not delayed a 4th time. Could not recommend Danielle more. Need a realtor? Look no further!

Danielle was amazing, and I would highly recommend her! She helped us find the perfect house during this insane COVID market. She was always willing to talk through our concerns about different houses, and she would meet us whenever a new house became available. Once we found the house we loved, she was extremely helpful in navigating us through the offer and negotiations process of buying a house. We knew we could always call her with any questions, and she gave us extremely solid advice. We first started working with Danielle about 3 years ago, as first time buyers. She was great then, and that’s what made us want to choose her the second go-round; she was even better the second time as she helped us sell our home (it was under contract in two days!) and buy our next one.
