My husband and I used Danielle this past summer to find a house in Bradenton or Sarasota. Danielle was friendly and easy to be with. She listened carefully to our concerns and wishes, and she gave us good feedback. She was very organized. The first day she gave us a notebook and each visit was preceded with a flyer on the house we were looking at. Danielle made what I understood to be a complicated process very smooth and simple. She made herself available everyday, no matter the time or day, and was quick to get answers back to me to keep the process moving. From the point of meeting her and discussing our needs we were viewing available options electronically within an hour or so. I also received her recommendations for mortgage companies, points of contact and anything else we needed to continue. We purposely slowed the process down trying to find the perfect house and all the while she patiently showed us every one we were interested in until we found it. I cannot recommend Danielle enough. She will be my point of contact if we are to ever sell, move or buy another house. Even after the closing where you sign more things than you could possibly understand she was there walking us through what everything was and making sure we understood it.
